HARDCORE METHOD ® BABY-BUMP BOOTCAMP

This bootcamp is designed to accommodate the special safety concerns of mommies-to-be, including increased flexibility, altered center of gravity, and changing cardiovascular system.

 
 


THE WORKOUT PROGRAM HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO:

Minimize the Incidence of Mid- and Low-back Discomfort
Help Maintain Safe Weight Gain During Pregnancy
Develop the Core Muscles and Pelvic Floor Strength
Reduce the Risk of Gestational Diabetes
Increase Muscle Strength and Energy Levels
Improve Balance and Flexibility

There is increased warm-up and cool-down in each Baby-Bump Bootcamp class, which allows for approximately 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise in accordance with the most recent ACOG guidelines.

Everyone is encouraged to listen to her body, exercise at her own pace, and have an open dialogue with her health care providers. Baby-Bump is here to keep you strong and healthy throughout your pregnancy, and bounce back quickly and safely after you give birth.
